We were a small Group consisting of Marlon Murphy (Co-Founder, Sanders, AZ), Morning Star Leadership Youth Council, Debbie Nez Manuel (MSLYC Advisor), Meagan Larose (MSLYC President) and James Watchman (Houck Chapter Vice President), we were then discussing what the Navajo Nation Youth Council Goals are and what were the plans for the future of the NNYC, The Morning Star Youth Council That day were very helpful in giving us tips and what our Future Council can do, without there Long term Support especially from MSLYC Advisor Debbie Nez Manuel whom contributed to the NNYC Greatly, we wouldn't have gotten this Far! along with that A Community leader and only Navajo Leader that day who truly showed his support for the NNYC that day was Houck Chapter Vice-President Mr. James Watchman whom braved that Snowy/Foggy May Day to talk to the Youth in Attendance! We went from here to now being an Organization of the Navajo Nation! |
