June 2013 Patricia Anne Davis M.A. Navajo/Choctaw taught ICCCCP in New York City at Figment Festival on Governors Island and Ambrose Sandoval and his family brought their family ceremonial tipi with traditional Native American Church Music , the sounds were amazing, the tipi was packed,
we had difficulty funding this trip, if we could get funding we could do incredible things i.e. Bioneers already said we could set up our Grandfather WE Tipi also at Washington Monument Veterans Event.

Indigenous Contemporary Cognitive
Ceremonial Change Process (ICCCCP) We intend this concept to be included in a single world process when all nations meet around our fireplace inside the Grandfather WE Tipi. Indigenous Wisdom and Knowledge For Living the Loving Way The “new group of world servers” are called to change the vibration on the earth plane to love and peace by learning and teaching the “how to” healing process by making win-win constructive and life-affirming choices. There is no formal relationship between Patricia and OWC so far but we want to keep learning from her and hope to host her for teaching/consulting and concept merging events. She gave many days volunteering to help grow OWC. We hope this material inspires the progress of everyone as a person, artist, activist, visionary, healer and community leader.

The Teaching The following information is organized within the four phases of an authentic Indigenous Ceremonial Change Process. Authenticity brings authority because truth is the only real power and truth is our protection of all that is sacred. The current tyranny in the world is being dismantled by the following unifying principle for collective planetary survival: powerwithin is for powerwith others in order to eliminate powerover others. INDIGENOUS CONTEMPORARY COGNITIVE CEREMONIAL CHANGE PROCESS (ICCCCP) 1. Problem Identification: naming the out-of-balance condition. All Indigenous prophecies known for centuries predict that the time of silence and persecution of Indigenous people who have the wisdom and knowledge for healing processes that lead to curing, not coping, has ended. In this time of awakening to the Conscience and “breaking silence” of exploitation and victimization by oppression of a person’s soul purpose and life mission. Core Issue: the root cause that maintains the out-of-balance condition. All intentions to misguide, mislead, misinform to create misunderstanding for adversary and conflict by an intention and design of governing and religious organization implementation of win-lose decision-making lead, ultimately, to no-win outcomes for everyone. This is the destructive intention that uses technology and information with brute force, that is currently destroying the four sacred elements on the planet: earth-physical, water-emotive, fire-mental and air-spiritual well being. Corn is a symbol of social and economic well-being. 2. Emptying Obstacles: emptying the maladaptive emotions that maintain destructive and death producing choices. The divine plan for remembering and reawakening humanity is to restore the knowledge of cooperation and collaboration between spiritual beings and earth humane beings. This divine partnership can redeem destructive and death-producing choices and the vibratory consequences that lead people into the materialistic greed abyss by those who intentionally hoard world resources by controlling thinking processes and manipulating people by fear and guilt. 3. Realistic Ideal: reframing into the authentic feelings to create healthy helping boundaries and decisions for constructive and life-affirming choices. When one reclaims their inherent divinity and they know their sacred place in the universe they understand the unifying principles that operate to eliminate the need for powerover in Empires. They can work with the Indigenous wisdom and knowledge toward a collective remembering and reawakening of their true spiritual SELF-identity as a precious child of creator in order to fulfill the divine plan on earth. 4. Co-creative Resolution: manifesting the win-win co-creative solutions. When we operate in the Affirmative thinking system it is from “Conscience” where Indigenous knowledge and wisdom leads to reality as exact because the context is in thenatural order. There is group consensus and spiritual morality in win-win decision making. |

Barry's notes here: This material is one starting point towards carefully identifying Indigenous Teachers/Teachings to build a world of correction and healing. Since we do not know what everyone is doing, we plan to co-create a process, a seating chart, a GAANT CHART, a strategy for all humans to share a network of fireplaces. We’ll be upgrading our values and actions for clearing a path to a world community based on cooperation and co-creation to disrupt world institutions and restructure them beautifully. Millions are working on this separately if not together. We(OWC enthusiasts) are not in any way experts in Indigenous Wisdom but I believe we need to bring it to the world community faster. I cannot stand 100% for any one piece of wisdom, way, belief or knowledge. Our work is to seat the planet in a circle around a fire so we can agree on how to manage our common responsibilities. OWC does not want to homogenize 22,000+ nations, rather celebrate diversity within agreeable limits. WE stand for a new set of official interdependent world institutions we all share beautifully and compromise will be necessary to unify hundreds of networks doing similar work. We want to build our process to align with the Dineh’ Teachings about ICCCCCP and are currently seeking partnership. I hope the ICCCCP will become an App which can guide any entity in hozho. The United Nations can be seated within OWC using some form of ICCCCP.” - Barry Tillman |

All my work is translated from the Navajo/Dineh language and those italicized words notate that. The meaning and vibration is my way of keeping track of information in English while I exist, speak and write in the Dineh Affirmative thinking system. For an explanation of the terms above, please visit the glossary
Glossary of TranslationsTranslations from Dineh thinking system into Common EnglishAt this time, I am called to publicly share Indigenous wisdom and knowledge to educate about how humanity can heal itself. This is a challenging task, because it involves more than a translation from one language to another.
I use specific words and phrases that accurately distinguish and describe to convey the holistic integrity of the Dineh language thinking system.
However, to fully comprehend the Dineh thinking system, you must experience yourself as being within hozho (natural order). Such a correction in thinking leads to curing—rather than coping.
A single word in Dineh is an interconnected hieroglyph. To understand this interconnectedness requires a thought reversal process—a reframing from one thinking system to a completely different one.
COMPARISON OF ENGLISH AND DINEH AS THINKING SYSTEMSEnglish*(see definition below)

D a sacred language of wholeness
E used to sustain hierarchy and patriarchy
D used within the natural order context
E concepts are considered to stand alone
D everything is interconnected

conscienceness--ntsahakees (distinct from consciousness): spiritual clarity and awareness of the natural order as reality; the concept of holy thinking in the Dineh language.
consciousness--digiis (distinct from conscienceness): reality that depends on one’s perception and is thus subject to dualistic thinking.
coping--doo halyaa da (distinct from curing): one does not know how to take care of one’s self spiritually; a temporary fix that takes away the sacred self-identity and replaces it with a deficient self-image. Coping does not correct the root cause of out-of-balance conditions.
core issue--te’e’i: spiritual impoverishment perpetuates hunger, poverty, disease, and premature death; the root cause that maintains any out-of-balance condition.
curing--hozho nahasdlii’ (distinct from coping): using affirmative thinking within thenatural order that corrects the root cause of any out-of-balance condition.

powerover--ba hol chiih: trans-generational unresolved and displaced anger.
precious child of creator--shil baa hozhoonii: knowing that the I am a precious child of creator eternally exists within me. In this context, creator is not capitalized, to differentiate the English meaning of a patriarchal God from the Dineh meaning of the creator’s holy breath that gives life and voice.
reverent revolution--a sha bii k’ego: moving clockwise in time and cardinal direction; cycle of resources being passed from the elders to the next generation of youth, ensuring equity in resource distribution
sacred self-identity--diiyiin dine’e’: a child of the holy people, who are the ancestors who lived the loving way, as a way of life.
Song of no words: from the Metaphysical literature the “Voice of the Silence” is where the “raincloud of knowable things” reveals spiritual wisdom and knowledge to each soul in what is now known publically as the Gold Star meditation. From the Navajo/Dineh spiritual language lens, it is the air that makes the sound of the perfect love and peace of creator that radiates to the physical sun, to the holy plant people and we exchange oxygen and carbon dioxide – the miracle of Photosynthesis. We call this “air” the holy creator’s breath. We are alive with it and we speak with it.
Synchronistic: A “front” word for spirituality where the concept of A, B, C, D manifests as E representing what the Swiss Psychologist called a “meaningful co-occurrence.” This holographic and holistic term is different from causality where A causes B resulting in dualism that results in people polarizing in “for” and “against” someone or something. Adversary, conflict and war are the consequences of dualistic -thinking.
Synergistic: A “front” word for the effectiveness of loving intention and energy for the increased effect of all the groups intending, visualizing, affirming and manifesting together is more than the sum of each participant. People using their collective conscience and creative imagination to manifest the unifying principles of win-win decision making is the appropriate function of our thinking.
thought reversal: a reframing from one thinking system to an entirely different one. In this context, the reversal is from the English-based closed, Eurocentric thinking system to the Dineh-based manifestation of an open natural order system.
truth--dineh be iina bendii’a’: holy thinking arrived at by reasoning to the exactness of the natural orderwisdom keepers: in conventional English language means people who use conscience with knowledge (not perception), but may not necessarily be a diagnostician and practitioner.
